Job Vacancy: Full-Time Centre Manager
Are you an experienced childcare professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for early education? We’re looking for a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our dynamic team!
🌟 Key Duties Include:
✔ Overseeing daily centre operations
✔ Leading and supporting staff
✔ Ensuring compliance with childcare regulations
✔ Building strong parent relationships
✔ Managing admin, safety, and educational programs
📌 Requirements – candidates must meet ONE of the following:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Centre Manager and 2 years as a Carer
OR - Minimum of 5 years in a Childcarer position and currently following or about to complete a Level 5 Management Course
📌 Other Must-Haves:
- Strong leadership, communication & organisation skills
- Fluent in English & proficient in MS Office
- Valid First Aid, Food Handling & Fire Warden certificates
- Submit 2 references, police conduct, and qualifications
